In my kitchen at Jimboomba on the outskirts of Brisbane's Southside, I bake each cake with care using only fresh, quality ingredients & mixes - including Bakels Ready to Roll (RTR) fondant and Nestle Professional couverture chocolates.
I absolutely love being creative and am always up for a challenge – creating delicious cakes that not only taste great, but look fantastic allows me to experience both of these pleasures!
Currently, my focus is on cupcakes, celebration cakes and sculpted/carved novelty cakes with the view to learning new skills and refining my existing ones to be able to create grand, elegant masterpieces as well fun and imaginative novelty designs.
